Bike Assembly Assembly House Here at The House it is our goal for you to receive your new bike in the most a oeready to ridea state as possible. That is why we offer our 99% Assembly service for just $79, which includes FREE shipping.This assembly service starts with our team of professional bike technicians, who have over 25 years of combined experience building and servicing bicycles. Bikes are removed from their manufacturer level packaging and assembled and tuned completely. During this process, the technicians build the bike to 100% while performing brake, shifting, and bearing adjustments, as well as a full safety check of the bicycle from end to end. All assembly is completed by hand in our St. Paul, MN facility per order. After the assembly is complete, the technicians then begin packaging the bike for shipping. This process includes removing the front wheel, removing the handlebars from the stem clamp, removing the seat post from the frame, and removing the pedals from the bike. Your bike will arrive requiring these parts to be installed on the bike, but the bike will be in a tuned state and ready to ride once these parts are properly installed. We call this a 99% assembly.Keep in mind we take the assembly of your bike very seriously. Since the assembly is performed by hand and per order, it make take up to 3 business days for the assembly of your new bike to be completed and shipped.
